What is the hotel’s opening date?

The hotel will open its doors sometime in 2024, so stay tuned for updates! We hope to welcome you soon to Apatoa.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. and check-out is available before 11:00 a.m.

Is there an on-site restaurant?

Yes, our establishment has a restaurant, Atipika’a, offering local and international cuisine.

Is there a laundry service available?

Yes, we offer laundry service for our guests. Details and rates are available at reception.

Is there an airport shuttle service available?

Yes, we offer airport pick-up service at an additional cost. Please contact us in advance to arrange the transfer.

Is the spa open to the public or reserved for hotel guests only?

The spa is open to hotel guests, but we also offer spa packages for outside guests. Book in advance to guarantee availability

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept pets at our property.

Is the Atipika’a restaurant open to the public or reserved for hotel guests only?

The restaurant is open to the public as well as hotel guests, every day, noon and evening.

Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on your arrival date. Please view your reservation details or contact us for more information.

Can we book water activities or excursions from the hotel?

Absolutely ! Our concierge team can help you organize a variety of water activities, excursions and experiences in Polynesia.

What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer 2 types of metal-textile bungalows inspired by glamping in the shape of a shell on the sea side and a luxury villa on the mountain side. See our accommodation page for more details.

The southernmost hotel in the Leeward Islands

In the center of the Leeward Islands, between Bora Bora, Tahaa and Huahine, Raiatea is the sacred island of French Polynesia. And it is on the southern tip of the island, the southernmost of the Raromatai (leeward islands in Tahitian) that the Apatoa hotel is located. This is where the name of the hotel comes from. Apatoa means the South in Tahitian.
